1 – SACRAMENTO

THIS POSITION WILL:
-Maintain and repair company equipment to a good, safe working order in a timely, practical, and cost effective manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must possess own tools needed to perform jobs
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Must be able to read and operate precision instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, electronic multi meters and testers
-Knowledge of and ability to use oxygen/acetylene equipment for cutting, heating, bending or fabricating while making repairs or altering equipment during a repair
-Knowledge of and ability to use different types of lifting devices, such as bottle jacks, floor jacks, wheel jacks, transmission jacks and floor cranes used to assist in safe lifting practices while working on equipment
-Minimum 5 years experience in related field (Truck and Trailer)
-Must have a Valid Driver's License, Brake Inspection Certification,
 Air Conditioning Certification
-Commercial Driver's License a plus

DOCKWORKERS

3 – SPARKS, NV – PM shift                                                                         1 – SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA                                                                           4 – HAYWARD, CA – AM/PM shift                                                               1 – PETALUMA, CA AM shift                                                                       2 – MODESTO, CA – AM/PM shift

THIS POSITION WILL:

               -Safely and efficiently transport freight across the dock and to/from trailers, enabling drivers to deliver freight on time and without damage

DRIVER TRAINEE

2 – HAYWARD, CA

THIS POSITION WILL:          
- To train in preparation for promotion to a Driver position (P&D, Combination, Driver Qualified) in addition to specified duties in base position (Dockworker, Hostler etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred - Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator - Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.) - Ability to lift loose or hand freight that may weigh up to 50 pounds about once a day or full propane tanks that may weigh 70 pounds several times a month, or open/close trailer doors which also may require about 70 pounds of lift or pull force, several times a day or more - Ability to bend, twist, squat, pushing/pulling freight throughout shift - Ability to follow instructions and complete required training - Ability to work independently and/or as a team member - Must be at least 18 years of age - Previous dock/warehouse experience preferred

DRIVERS

4 – HAYWARD, CA
               
THIS POSITION WILL:
-Drive tractor-trailer within city to pick-up and deliver freight between terminal and customer site in a safe, timely and efficient manner         

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be at least 21 years of age (Federal Law)
-Must have an acceptable driving record (due to insurance requirements).  Must provide a recent printout (within last 30 days) of driving record
-Ability to work independently
-Basic math skills: count, add, subtract, multiply and divide to determine and verify piece counts and monies collected
-Must have a minimum of 1-year pick-up and delivery or multiple stop route experience.  Experience must be within the last 5 years
-Must have a valid Class A license (Department of Transportation regulation) with hazardous material endorsement
-Must have a current medical card (must pass DOT physical)
-Must have DOT certification of written exam (must have completed the DOT written examination within the last 2 years [DOT regulation])

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT STUDENT

1 – WEST SACRAMENTO, CA

THIS POSITION WILL:
- Follow a pre-determined schedule of learning objectives to obtain a functional/workable knowledge of company objectives and initiatives. The following areas have been identified as critical going forward - people, service and profit.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess high school diploma or equivalent                                       - Must be able to relocate                                                                            - Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)                                              - Basic industry knowledge                                                                         - Multi-tasked oriented and possess good organizational skills                 - Flexible in work location and work hours- Good computer skills
